    In order for me people to start paying attention, you need to acknowledge a simple thought: "What's In It For Them". In other words, what type of value are you adding that's making them see you as the expert. In many cases, you'll notice how some tax businesses don't engage with you throughout the year, but then somehow expect to earn your business with a promotional offer 1 month before tax season.

    You need to have a mix of content, so that you show your potential customers you're not solely interested in offering them a service. By sharing what you know and providing insightful information throughout the year, they'll consider your tax business when tax season comes.
